Mata Ashita Aeru yo · review
A steady slow burn stranger to friends to lovers that apparently won an award. Honestly, I can see why. So far it's a very comfortable read. The story is very easy to read and the chemistry and developing relationship between the main characters felt natural. Conflicts that happen are realistic and unforced. The story is filled with a melancholic, sweet yet wistful moment, a soft quiet sprinkled between a pretty detailed slice of life. The story focuses more so on developing the characters' closeness than romantic overtures, and they do reap their benefits greatly. Each little touch means a lot, and simple closeness becomes very verysignificant because the story's humble tone and restrained amount of romance.
A lovely read.
