I read the whole Kodomo no Omocha series and watched the anime and was really sad that it ended the way it did. I wanted more, I was greedy. It is one of my favorite series. Overall, I really liked that there was a continuation of the series even if it was short. For some reason I thought Sana and Hayama would still look kinda like I was used to seeing them in previous works (Big eyed and kinda still short). I completely ignored the fact that they would of course grow up. Anyhow, the continuation kept things relatively the same. I'm surprised there was alot of info in just those few chapters. They were able to capture each character's feelings and personalities. I can't say that for the the other crossover as I haven't read that series yet.

I don't want to spoil it but I enjoyed it.

One more thing. I was a little sad about Naozumi. I feel like he was a conflicted character and although I didn't ship him with Sana much due to his behavior. I could understand where he was coming from personally. The environment you are raised in forms you in ways you wished could be erased. It can be hard to change yourself and love yourself.

I am thinking of re-reading the whole series as well as re-watching it. I don't usually purchase dvd sets (Since they are expensive) but I am thinking of doing just that.
