For it being at the bottom of the list for popularity at the time of me writing this, it is surprisingly interesting. I watched it on IMDb and was scared because the description and visuals looked sickening, but actually it was just cool. Gory as hell and definitely NSFW and for 17+, but I would say you can watch it and not be up all night or anything. I've seen worse anime that remained in my brain for years that are very popular horror. I'd say give it a try. It is almost 5 minutes long and free. The whole thing is a music video wherethese people on an island playing before a monster with a big dick and balls comes and cums on their building. They fight it by slicing it's dick open and then a giant female monster shoved this dick up itself and bleeds on everything.

Maybe I'm just effed in the head, but this seemed really cool.
