This is a music video for the song that was used as the first ending for Orb: On the Movements of the Earth. I quite enjoyed the song. The animation looks like animated paintings and is pretty abstract. The video depicts a girl on a wind glider flying past several landscapes before flying through the tower of babel and flying to the sun which appears to be a building? I did not like the animation but it had a few neat looking shots. Personally I don't recommend this but it's only four minutes and if any of the things mentioned above appeal to you thenit could be neat.
