This movie follows the lives of 3 girls around their twenties who watched Ojamajo Doremi when they were young. They encounter friendship through their shared interest of the anime, and find the courage to face their struggles - not with magic but with their strength (which is the magic that lives in everyone). It revisits many core themes that are presented in Ojamajo Doremi: Valuing Friendships, Overcoming challenges and Acceptance for being different and uniqe. It feels like I am watching myself, it's very relatable and really speaks to fans of Ojamajo Doremi. It is such a treat for long-term fans, and to know theycared a lot about the anime by putting so much work into a 20th anniversary movie. Thank you!
