This is a manwha that feels very inspired by Japanese shojo manga as it leans into many tropes typical of that genre. The story starts off pretty one-note with many characters personalities not having much depth besides "kind guy thinking the popular girl he accidentally confessed to is fake but the girl he likes is the fake one". As the story and characters' backstories are developed, you get a deeper understanding of the flaws, fears, and shortcomings of many of characters. Some are deeply saddening while others can be outlandishly goofy. Some of the dialogue becomes especially engaging especially towards the climax of the story.By the end I was just hoping to see even more wholesome moments between characters and how some of the under-represented relationships played out. Unfortunately there are a couple loose ends that I think hold the story back for feeling complete but if you are just in it to see the development of a wholesome couple, highly recommend!
