This is one of those anime I stumbled upon completely by accident, and honestly, I was surprised by how much I ended up loving it. It’s strange, I barely saw anyone talking about it, no hype, no big reactions, nothing. And that’s exactly why I’m here now, because this film absolutely deserves more attention. The story is incredibly beautiful and, above all, wonderfully original. What really stood out to me was how the main character deals with the loss of a parent. The film shows her grief in such a gentle, honest way. The way she carries the weight of responsibility, the way she feelsforced to grow up too fast, and how the pain of losing someone she loves follows her everywhere. She can’t even do what she loves anymore, because the sadness is always there, quietly holding her back. And then there’s the running. At first, I thought the whole idea might be a bit silly, but it turned out to be meaningful, emotional, and surprisingly powerful. Watching her run was one of the most touching parts of the film. In the end, I really enjoyed it, far more than I expected. It’s a heartfelt, beautifully crafted story that deserves way more love. I can definitely recommend it ❤
