Review of KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!
First and foremost I am incredibly happy that we finally have gotten more KonoSuba, It's been quite some time since the movie has released and I have been craving for this spin-off and the third season ever since they were announced and it is finally here. Now I have to say as a massive Megumin fan I enjoyed this spin-off thoroughly and I am hoping to have the other main cast of KonoSuba also get their own prequel spin-off like Megumin did. "Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo!" Is a prequel spin-off of Megumin one of the main cast's of KonoSuba although if you're looking forwardto watching this you already should know that but anyway, To start things off one of the things that I immediately noticed about the show is that even though the studio that animated this spin-off is different they gave it almost the same look which they get + points for being chads and the animation itself was beautiful, No complaints in that.
About the story itself, as the title suggests it is about Megumin's life before becoming an Archwizard, It also shows moments of how Megumin started to pursue the mastery of explosion magic and her relationship with Yunyun. Aside from Megumin and Yunyun who are the most popular characters we also get introduced to more Crimson Demon's which is one of the best part's for me because I find them very hilarious and they stayed true to that title all the other Crimson Demons who we're introduced we're funny and ridiculously just over the top, Arue(best crimson demon girl periodt) and the school teacher are my two favorite characters for this spin-off.
And it also shows us small events about the characters before they meet and get to know each other in the original show like how they we're doing and what we're they doing before getting together as a party, Although in Kazuma and Aqua's POV they we're shown in the original show, darkness and the other small characters didn't have that so it was something I liked about this spin-off as well.
And lastly the soundtrack's we're nice, It wasn't anything special that has left such big impressions of me but they get the job done and I have no complaints about them. Overall this spin-off is great and I think all KonoSuba fans especially Megumin fans should check it out.
