Review of Dorohedoro

Trying to decide why I like this series so much. I don't think I've ever seen so much raw insanity in an anime, and while that usually wouldn't set it apart enough to get it this high on my list, the amazing visuals and the incredible music do set it apart. I can't say that the story has developed meaningfully - we have more questions by the end of the season than we did at the beginning - but that's kind of the point. It's not meant to be cohesive, it doesn't want to be, and it's all the better for it, even if thatsomewhat limits just how good it can be. I'm invested.
