Review of Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man is such an enjoyable show and it's definitely a must-watch, even if you don't love Anime. It's hard to pinpoint why I love it so much, without spoilers, since its' vibe, and style is extremely similar to 2020's Jujutsu Kaisen, a show I unfortunately didn't enjoy and couldn't even be bothered to finish the last 3 episodes of. Chainsaw Man is definitely a show you should watch when you are tired of trying to find shows that give you something new and refreshing, regardless if you love Anime or not. What does Chainsaw Man do that is so refreshing, you might ask? Well, let's look atsomething like Hunter X Hunter or hell, Demon Slayer, Naruto, One Piece etc... shonens in general. They all try to breakdown the boundaries of what makes a shonen enjoyable.
But Chainsaw Man, as it is also a shonen, doesn't breakdown these boundaries... it literally BREAKS them. It goes by its' own rules and it becomes a parody of typical Shonens we all love and have fond memories of. But it still manages to grab the audience's expectations by the throat, slap them, spit on them and make them enjoy it... *clears throat* kind of a kinky example, pardon me, but that is something that I think will surely prepare you for what the Chainsaw Man has to offer.

Watch it, right now. you'll love it to bits, just remember to not get your expectations too high, since that can ruin any anime, really.
