Review of given

The yaoi/shonen ai tag is def something a lot of people shy away from, due to its stigma of being too "rapey" or forced. but this is one of the most natural animes of its genre that I've personally watched. The character development between uenoyama and mafuyu seems very natural, and what 2. people started out as total strangers would go through. Initially uenoyama was creeped out by mafuyu, hell anyone would be, but going from him being annoyed, creeped out to accepting and eventually love is a very refreshing sight to see. It doesnt come off as forced, rapey or trying to shove theidea in your face, and it just seems like aa natural process that a genuine couple would go through.
And watching mafuyu overcome his memories and trauma was very wholesome.
Soundtrack: I. loved the soundtrack. always been a fan of like alt rock and stuff, and this soundtrack delivers.
And i loved the LGBTQ representation there, very natural. As im bi myself it was pretty refreshing to see,

Overall very nice show. highly recommend
