Review of The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3

After a 2nd season disaster, the 3rd season becomes an important lifeline that keeps this isekai relevant. In this season it went back to its roots on what made shield hero an interesting story. Shield hero is a revenge isekai and it was compeling to see the main character interacting with other characters in the world after the betrayal. Naofumi's story then shifts from a revenge story to something different. And that change was done much smoother than the second season. Like the 1st season we get to see great interesting interactions between naofumi and his party and we see actual relevant lorethat is important to the story. No more jumble mess that feels like a horrible filler arc! This season feels like a redemption arc for fans who were disappointed on the 2nd season and we appreciate it.
