I guess with more money, expertise and time this anime would have been brilliant. The main reason to watch this anime is the sound. The story is really build up around the head character who is the mayor band leader. But in the whole story there are only like three different songs, of which one is played constantly. That's sad because the guitar player really is gifted, the music is great so it would drive everyone mad if there were more different songs!!!!!!
