Review of Kokoro Connect

You may see the plot of this show and just assume it to be just another body swap story but this anime gave us a compelling story with great characters to go along with it. Instead of using the body swapping scenario to give the characters a chance to view the opposite sexes unmentionables, it uses this to delve into each of their psyches and find out why they act the way they do. Through out every situation secrets get revealed, relationships break and worlds crumble only to have their bonds strengthened. STORY 10 This anime has a very engaging story, these characters are experiencing these roughsituations that are tearing apart their relationships and it keeps you on edge because when a new scenario appears you know it's going to break at least one of them down and you are nervous of whether or not they will be able to be brought back.

CHARACTERS 10
All of these characters are wonderful and you love seeing how they will react to each scenario. For the most part these characters are very grounded, many of the issues that they are keeping hidden from the others are things that many of us can relate to so we quickly grow attached. The relationships between each of these characters is amazing, they each treat each other in different ways as individuals and you love their interactions.

SOUND 8
As far as an opening and ending goes I probably skipped them all but once but where the sound shines is in its voice acting. All of the voice actors (Japanese) are wonderful especially Miyuki Sawashiro, who is one of my favorite in general. The voice actors Breathe so much life into these characters, they go through so many different emotions from hysterically laughing to balling their eyes out.
