Review of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

Going to keep this review short and simple, NO SPOILERS You have gotta admit it was good, people calling it bad are just mad it’s popular. The story was great although obviously not perfect but I think it’s on par with the rest of the stories for DS (demon on train=demon in party town) but a part of the story I think is amazing is the end part with the demons backstory that was great. I mean they’ve made me feel bad for demons in the past but these two were astonishing in their story, a lot of raw emotion. Animation was astonishing, especially the stuff with uzuisspecial moves the way they go into the black and white almost feels like a traditional Japanese art style but it adds the flare and colour when uzui attacks which makes them feel powerful and impactful and fits uzuis character sooo well.

Fights are fire, zenitsu being a badass was great, tho I will say a bit annoying that Innosuke didn’t do as much but I’ll let it slide. Uzuis fighting style is so unique to the stuff we’ve seen that the fights feel so cool and dynamic aswell.

And I wasn’t even a huge fan of Uzui at the start but he grows on you. The rest of the characters are solid, I like that we are getting to see innosukes character changing and evolving it’s made him grow on me a lot more. Tanjiro is tanjiro, he is a good character I just wish he was less of a cry baby and showed more of that amazing compassion that he shows in later episodes and such.

Plus the reveals (non manga reader) sooooo cool and it’s meant I can’t wait for next season. This season is easily my favourite.

Also the buff rats?!?!? I hope they show up again cos they’re amazing.
