Review of Sasaki and Miyano

Sasaki to Miyano is one of the very few anime I watched this year. This is due to me hearing praises about the source material and deciding now the best time to jump into it. I don't really watch many BL series I do occasionally read a few but often the more problematic ones are the ones greenlit for a TV anime. Imagine my surprise when watching this show and falling in love with its cast. Really this show doesn't really explore new ground at least for me but I find it to be a beautiful BL romance with a great cast of characters. Outsideof character interaction and romance Sasaki to Miyano doesn't really have many elements to it. It looks quite good and sounds decent overall if a bit forgettable. Outside of these elements if the romance or characters don't draw you in theirs any real point in watching it. If your looking for a sweat same-sex romance with a great supporting cast then this show is for you but know that's really all it can offer. Overall, I am excited for season 2's release and can't wait for more Sasaki to Miyano.
