I had my suspicions the moment the priest took Akitaka in and they turned out to be correct. Despite that Kiba's background was quite shocking and impactful. I had theorized that Kiba had intentionally framed Akitaka because of obsessive love and become his saviour, but I was wrong! Kiba's actions are unforgivable yet his background makes him a little pitiful, every action has a reason behind it. Religion was used in an interesting way, the unconditional forgiveness Akitaka showed to Kiba felt too good for him yet in the end, Akitaka's personal sacrifice made Kiba come clean to the Police.. Their actions and emotions aretoo complex for me to fully dissect, but the more you think about their whole world and situation, the more interesting it becomes. I highly recommend if you enjoy stories about flawed people and this unjust world!
