It is fair to say I am nowhere near the target audience for this series but then again I'm not too sure who is. If the goal is body positivity I don't think this series thrives in that aspect. The art is mediocre and the dialogue is rough to get through at times. This just reads like a fantasy and has some unreal expectations. No prince charming perfect man is showing up to rescue you after a twisted ankle and lift your big self like you're light. The premise isn't bad but it is hard to have sympathy for a main character with a health issuethat isn't really doing anything to make it better. Like the other review mentioned, the pacing is all over the place and characters seem to fall from one event to the next with little cohesion. This is the first series as I work through MAL alphabetically and it's already a rough start.
