MC gets isekaied to wilderness, and as it turns out, he's a survival otaku and is prepared for this. Does his thing and then finds a group of girls. Everything pretty much stems from there: the girls all like him for some reason (even though there's other guys in this place), they're mostly all good at something, and they're working with the premise of getting back to Japan and avoiding hostle groups. There's a bunch of "romcom moments" along with actual sex acts, and the MC isn't one of those "oh no, boobs, get away from me!!" types. So yeah... it's pretty much just anwildnerness isekai (no fantasy/magic to our knowledge) shounen harem softcore (no nipples are shown so far) erotica.
Personally, the girls and art carry the manga and it's my main reason for staying. If you want something deeper, you're probably better off looking else where.
