Review of Devilman: Crybaby

I've really struggled to finish this series. I could see a lot of American angles in the animation and to be really honest. It's a complete waste of time. Worst anime I've seen in months. The story is shit, the characters are weird and there's just a lot of gore and sex going on. If that's your jam, fine. But I was hoping for more of a story than just a few gory scenes. Overall, I'd say. Watch something that has gore but a story too. Death note has some pretty cruel deaths but they have meaning. They develop the story. Here I just hadthe feeling that the makers went like 'we are Netflix. We have a budget. F*ck my shit up. '
