Tenshi wa Nido, Uso wo Tsuku · review
The art of this manga was the most outstanding quality of it. The story is pretty bad, coming with nonsensical "plot twists" every chapter. The protagonist is pretty naive, always believing in Haruka even though she knew him for like... two days? I get it, her parents were very protective and he brought her freedom, but everything pointed out how dangerous he was and that he was up for nothing good. She didn't remember about him saving her, so... why? Why trusting someone so quickly? Didn't her "overprotective" parents tell her about the dangers of the world? Haruka is another character that doesn't make sense, like, why did he want revenge so much? Why did he keep going with his revenge if he loved Sara? He would just kill her mother, destroy her parents' wedding and then tell her that he loved her or kill himself?
Ok, leaving the flaws of the manga alone, it was overall enjoyable. I don't know, I just think it was funny. Sigmund Freud would love this manga, with Sara saying she wants to be Haruka's mother, LOL.
