I think I can recommend this with a light heart. The first half is really good but I didn't really like how they kept introducing characters that seem like they'll be more important just to get rid of them. (The dwarves for one. It seems like they went through that traumatizing situation for nothing and now they're just making weapons in the background. I wish there was like more talk about them and how they could be a major asset in the war happening in the manhwa right now) Noah the dragon also feels like just a plot device? Like I liked the dragon buthe only appeared during certain moments when critical. Glenn's father as well! Why does he just disappear? I guess it's because he's ill and not really apart of the power of the marquis household anymore but like he could still help come up with plans and strategies. Maybe I'm just crazy though. Other than that I really enjoyed the manhwa and how they slowly got closer. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed how they didn't fall for each other right away. It made the confession way better. I think my favorite character in this manhwa is the pink haired girl but I also liked the female lead. I feel like it was perfect for the two to become friends! Aiden also had a major switch up but I guess it was hinted at early on. Lee-Jiho also makes a pretty good villain for this type of manhwa even if he pmo. It is kind of annoying me currently how the female lead is going to battle with her child in her stomach but I'm not a doctor, made it's safe in the first trimester, I'm not gonna do my research! I know I'm saying a lot of things made me mad but I enjoyed reading this manhwa. The art is super pretty and fits this manhwa a lot. It's the best type of manhwa's for beginners. I enjoyed binge reading it even if the war-arc (?) isn't really my favorite. (War arcs are usually never really my favorite but nothing you can do about it)
The male lead and female lead have a really healthy relationship with each other even before they confessed their feelings. (after they cleared up a misunderstanding) Might be one of the healthiest manhwa couple's ngl. Fabian is a fun character as well, I enjoyed seeing him ever couple of chapters. I wish the villain's were more of a threat tbh. (other than Lee-Jiho) It would've been way more fun that way.
updated review after finishing the main story: I really enjoyed the ending! It was cute but like did they forget she's still carrying a child? Who knows. I feel like the war arc ended perfectly and all the villain's met the best end possible for them. Betrayal for the duke, execution for her cousin, death for her "half-sister" who wanted to take the female lead down with her but didn't end up getting the chance to, and Lee-Jiho who met the most favorable end. He was given a chance to live even after everything he did because he was the reason she got to start over but he still chose death be it to go back to his original world or (and) not being able to even be in the back of Nadia's thoughts. I also liked hearing about the reason Noah was the way he was. I just enjoyed the ending overall but I hope the side stories will bring back some of the older characters that never really got more screentime.
Overall a good story for beginners but if you've been in the genre for a while it might have some plot-holes that annoy you or you may see things that could've been done differently and would have made the story better. (Though I've been in the genre for a while and still enjoyed using my time to read this so just do whatever) The characters are alright but the female lead and the male lead are the main focus and the main ones who get character development.
Probably not the best written but thank you for reading my review!!
