Usually, I dislike harems and love triangles, but these characters are so compelling, flawed, and honest that I have just binged this whole thing, and I love it. I love the art, and I can see the humanity in both the girls. While the MC is a bit of a comedic placeholder for the girls to interact with, he is still human and interesting. The set-up is unique in my experience and represents my own life as a purely scientific child who hated humanities subjects. While I have now grown to respect the arts, this story is talking to me on a personal level, and myempathy for Koharu Kobachi is off the scale. However, my maturity recognises that Shinonome is a better fit for him, but I am still rooting for the science nerd to win.
