This manga follows the classic trope of popular girl X loner guy. What makes it pretty different is how it tackles the setup. Without going too deep to avoid potential spoilers I'd describe this story to be much more realistic than other similar mangas, and also makes you think more about how communication is essential to maintain relationships with people around you, which I personally like in mangas (like, when they make you think about real stuff). If you hate misunderstandings then this might not be for you, but personally I think that despite being such a common and annoying trope, it was done pretty wellin this manga, and is basically the whole point of it. And thanks to it being so realistic, you can't really tell how the manga will end. That being said, there is much more to this manga than just a misunderstanding, and the characters and their interactions are well written. Though here I must say that most of the side characters weren't really memorable, partially because they didn't even have enough screentime (is it still called screentime if it's manga?).
I can't promise you a 11/10 masterpiece, but you should give this manga a shot. It's short enough that you won't get tired of it even if you don't like it THAT much, and it is a really good appetizer inbetween two less serious, longer series.
