Dorei Shounin shika Sentakushi ga Nai desu yo?: Harem? Nani Sore Oishii no? · review
Sometimes we cannot choose our path in life, as the course of our lives is often constrained by tradition. This is the story of Zeolith, who desires a relaxed life, but a village rule compels them to attend vocational school to choose their profession. Story (2/10) In my opinion, there are no issues with the plot; I enjoyed Zeolith's adventures and his encounters with the heroines, as well as his heroic story in fighting evil NPCs. The narrative has a flow like the ebb and flow of the sea, but all of it is perfectly wrapped by the author, as if the author knows when the readersneed comedy and when to be serious. However, a problem with a manga that has long chapters is boredom. It feels as though the author is facing serious issues; I found that after chapter 50, I lost interest in this manga. It seems the author wanted to add more enemies and expand the story too much.
Art (4/10)
I like the design of the battles; the clashes of swords appear as representations from the real world. The character designs are all appealing, with no strange designs, and even the heroines could be considered waifuable. It seems the character designs are aimed at male readers with various tastes. So it’s no surprise that the harem story features many different character designs.
Character (5/10)
As for character development, I particularly enjoy the heroine who is not honest about her feelings, which gradually turns into love. The development of the main heroine, Patty, is also interesting to follow, as she strives to win Zeolith's heart while also managing the feelings of another girl who has similar affections.
