One of the main motivations to go watch this anime are its popularity... and how much of an icon it has became for an anime sinces its beginning... Not that, that is it, but it is surely a reason because who would not like to see an anime where everyone is talking about it and. Anyways the premise set by the description and the first anime, establishing the setting of... an older high school student constantly being taunted by a younger female and her cronies... with some sexual innuendoes is one that established a sadist mindset for those who are interested in roleplaying what occuresin this anime.

For viewers, or would-be viewers in reality, one would like to watch this anime besides just popularity to add to the experiences of watching anime where a male and female in rom-con are locked in a symmetric bilateral relation and build up from that ground. Our protagonist, even though he is somewhat weak is not all cracked up to be at the very beginning as we then get to see new revelations about his ability, cope then compilation of him versus the infamous Nagatoro

The rating given in this review is due to the iconism of popularity and the unique twist put on the bullying done by said Nagatoro on the protagonist.
