Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow
Power fantasy at its peak. Not the most earthshattering story, with insane worldbuilding, but what it does do well it does extremely well. As a Manhwa reader I have a bias, I'm already a big fan of the series, but as a fan I can say A-1 Pictures did an amazing job. They took some liberties but honestly I don't have a problem with most of the liberties they took. Its a very fun Shonen action anime. If you're going into this expecting anything Attack on Titan or Vinland Saga levels of story telling or One Piece levels of Worldbuilding well then you're looking atthe wrong place. What I can promise you is that you are gonna have a fun action packed time watching this Sung Jin Woo guy get really damn strong and get into some cool situations. Its edgy as hell at times but its just a fun ride throughout. If you want something you don't have to think too hard about and you wanna see cool Sh*t happen then Solo Leveling is for you. If you want deep storytelling with impactful narratives and insane Worldbuilding, look elsewhere.
