Ochikobore Fruit Tart (2020) Is it a generic idol show with some comedy? Yes, it is absolutely. We get plenty of cute scenes and it can be quite funny. The maid outfits are amazing as always and so are the cat outfits. Won't even ask how the tails are attached though. The art is very nice and pleasant since it is from 2020 and suits the simplicity of the show. The Op and Ed are good, I found the actual songs far too cringe to watch so I did actually skip those mostly apart from the Broko song. Characters are all extremely generic and easy tounderstand. They all have very easy life situations and cover all the bases for a varied audience. Hayu Nukui for me was the most interesting character and cutest.

Overall it is a good show and is very generic but then so are many idol shows. Comes across like propaganda to support your local idol group if I am honest. I did enjoy how they mentioned the chance of being renewed for another season as slim during the show.
