Prolouge I don't know whether I should say that I'll be discussing spoilers because the show didn't even have a plot complex enough to accommodate spoilers. Before I started watching this show I thought it was a bit weird how the reviews for the show usually went like "Ohhh ma gawd this show is like the most amazing show like everrr.... if you watch it it'll change your perception of life.... " , but the plot was so mediocre. I thought that the show must have had something going for it because many people were praising it. But after watching the show I can tell thatthis show is utterly disappointing and underwhelming at best.

Characters

There are four main characters in the show Kimari, Hinata, Shirase and Yuzuki. Only Shirase's and Yuzuki's voice was bearable, the other two girls had voices that could shatter sky scrapers. In fact I would prefer to hear nails on chalkboard for hours if I could save myself from hearing Kimari and Hinata cringy crying for a second.

Kimari and Hinata would be the most irritating characters I have seen in anime in a long time. Hinata has a 'tragic' backstory that would have happened to most people in high school. But instead of not being bothered by it like most of the people with reasonably thick skin, she was such a little snowflake that she left school and started home-schooling.

Kimari has to be the most expendeble character in the series in terms of depth of plot and backstories. She is not interesting, she cries a lot, she shouts a lot, and she asks _'Nande?'_ while crying a lot. The only character that I actually like in this show is Megumi whom I like only because she made life hard for Kimari.

Shirase is a pathetic character who's entire personality is centralizied on her mother. In other words, she is so uninteresting that the only thing that gives her any character depth in the show is another character that has been dead for years. Not one episode goes by without her saying something about her mother.

One of the many frequent cringy tropes used in this show is all the main characters hugging each other and crying. Crying happens so frequently in the show that by episode 3 or four you become so nonchalant and irritable to the characters crying that you would wish that you could be the reason for them crying.

Plot

If you have read the MAL plot summary you could easily have a conversation about the show with someone who has actually watched the show.

But seriously, the plot is so shallow that if I was asked about the anime after a couple of years all I would be able to say would be 'Antarctica'.

Epilouge

When I was scrolling through the Anilist page for this anime I accidentally clicked on a spoiler tag which read tragedy. So I thought someone is going to die in this anime. As the show progressed I was so disappointed and angry in wasting my time that I was hoping that someone would die and prayed that it would be Kimari or Hinata.

That's how utterly trash this show was.
