To begin this review I have to admit I have a bias toward the eye candy that shaft produces, and this review is spoiler free. I personally view Nisekoi as a anime version of West side story or more specifically Romeo and Juliet and is an anime reminiscent of Toradora. Nisekoi is a very fun, light, and heartwarming anime that should he watched with this in mind, as the show verges off into a visual novel type of plot latet in the story, something I didn't really care for. Overall I'd say Nisekoi's strongest points are it's art style and character development around the 3 maincharacters, and aside from these two things the show doesn't really offer much else. The story leaves a bunch of plotholes laying around which aren't ever really answered and the ending was one of those ending that allows for a second season but as a result is rather unsatisfying.

However despite the shows flaws the show had me completely enticed with it from the first 5 minutes and had me smiling or laughing the entire time. this show is definetly something you should give a shot and is one of my personal favorite slice of lives.
