A great episode centered around Kunikida-san. The story is about how he uphold his ideals and why he is deserving to be the next chief of the agency. Art and soundtrack is great as usual. The characters are great and still true to the series. I like Kunikida and I'm glad we had an episode for him. Did not like the villain that much though which is ok since this is only an OVA. Following kunikida-san's activities in this episode was fun. Great episode for an OVA. I think if you're a fan of Kunikida then you will definitely enjoy this episode. Recommended for sure 9/10.
