TMW your based Discord homie introduces you to an awesome anime....okay on with the review: Story: I'm pretty impressed how much they were able to fit in just 13 episodes (1 season.) Each plot gets around two-episodes each and they all feel well-introduced, executed, and concluded. The show did a good job at keeping me engaged and always wondering what was gonna happen next (even if at times it used annoying cliff-hangers to drive me to watch more than I was supposed to.) We even get episodes and moments that just develop the characters a bit more, which is pretty nice...would've been weird just to stick aroundwith a crew now know that much about em'. This is just the first season too...wait til I get to reviewing the second season.

Art:
Much like Death Note, this show GREAT for its time. Well-designed characters, the environments are colorful, and ABSOLUTELY ADORE the action scenes (this is coming from a guy who loves the John Wick films too though, so I guess this kind of action is just something I really enjoy seeing.) Looks about as good as some modern anime these days even. Good stuff.

Sound:
Oooohhohohoooo, the guns sounds AMAZING, they all have their own distinct sounds and sound like they really have some weight in their impacts and shots. The music is decent, there's a mix between quieter, more atmospheric-esque tracks and more rave-sounding action music (the opening both visually and song-wise is one of my new favorite anime openings, ngl. I know that's saying a lot coming from the same guy who LOVES FMA and its openings.) Voice-acting for both sub and dub is decent (though I watched this one in Dub and I'm glad I did, it sounds REALLY good...plus Light Yagami's English VA is in this...HOW COULD I SAY NO TO THAT?! The rest of cast was VERY WELL DONE as well. I'm impressed on this for sure, I don't watch a lot of anime in Dub since most of the time they A. Don't have one or B. Have a TERRIBLE dub like OG Higurashi's Season 1.

Character:
I LOVE the dialogue here. Each character feels like they belong in the world of the show and none of them (at least in my opinion) felt out of place or bad for even a second. Even the one-off characters are REALLY good in terms of their behavior and writing. Revy and the crew especially are good since we spend the most time with them after all. Season 2 will (hopefully) be just as good if not better in terms of its writing. Really liked the characters here.

Overall:
This is an action-man's anime, if you're into John Wick, or something of that caliber, go for it, it's great stuff! It's certainly got me hooked...more like I'm a sucker for this show now...

If you're interested in watching something different, it's good in that regard of course..the historical moments are kind of weird, but hey, I thought it was cool.
