Review of Ghost Stories

Let me be very clear about this. I am giving the DUB a perfect 10. At best, I give the SUB a 3. The reason I give the DUB of Ghost Stories (or Gakkou no Kaidan) is that it's basically a parody of the original. From what I understand the producer in America was given full rain to do whatever he wanted since the original SUB anime was doing so poorly. So he went nuts and made the masterpiece Ghost Stories DUB. I can't give a solid explanation of the plot. Only the main character and her friends encounter a spirit in every episode and try toseal it away and try to survive.

In the SUB the story was boring and you had to force yourself just to watch it. However, the DUB made every episode hilarious to the point you would rewatch the episodes.

So again, I recommend skipping the SUB and go straight into the DUB for Ghost Stories.
