Review of The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya

Okay before I start off this review can I just say please watch the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya before watching this. You will enjoy it a lot more. Alright then now that is over let's start the review. What can I say about this film? In my opinion its a masterpiece. It is my first favourite animated film of all time and my 3rd favourite film in general. I am not going to tell you anything about the story as I don't want to spoil it for anyone but let me tell you it is extremely good. Art and Sound wise it is amazing aswell. My favourite track from the soundtrack would be 'Rikishi no Tenkan Ten.' The art direction in this film is brilliant and that just adds more to the experience. You feel like you are actually there.

The characters are just as amazing. You start to have a connection with the characters that makes you care for them and hope they reach their goals. The character you see most in this film is Kyon. He starts realizing how the world is so plain and boring without Haruhi and the SOS Brigade which he took so much for granted.

So anyway overall this film is outstanding. Watch it. You won't be disappointed.
