Review of Black Rock Shooter

This is my first review, so yeah. Black Rock Shooter is a great psychological thriller with a confounding storyline, but there are probably a ton of anime out there that are very similar. The CG is pretty good, and the art style is very unique. The colors are very vivid, because a theme of the story is 'colors'. The action scenes are pretty cool, with giant rifles and flying macarons or whatever. The opening song is a wonderful rock song sung by Hatsune Miku, the virtual diva. Other than that, the music is pretty mediocre. The main character, BlackRockShooter, is really amazing and stuff. The other characters are'nt bad,but not as unique.

This anime has a great friendship theme, without being too cheesy or preachy. Although it'll probably make you cry.

Overall, I was pretty impressed by everything. It has a great story in a short amount of time, and is darker and more action-filled than most friendship/slice of life crap. You should definetly watch it!
