Review of Hyouka

Mystery anime its an anime genre which has a big variety of series . The variety of this series are dark but there are anime like Hyouka which are a big expectation to this genre but let's start the review probably spoilers . PLOT Hyouka foccus on Hotaro Oreki is a highschool student who signs up for the classics club at his sister behest there he is meeting with Eru Chitanda a cheerful but courious girl and the other members Fukube shatoshi the best friend of oreki and Ibara a girl who is also in charge of school library .The anime focuss an the club which solving cases in their school . Hyouka has a lot differences from the other mystery anime it doesn't focuss to a case of murder with a evil culprit but the cases are short mysteries like a lost book from library and in general the mysteries are like the example I gave furthermore hyouka focuss more an characters than the mysteries themeselves yes the mysteries are really good in their variety but the characters have their own moments where they shine . Also the anime it's not only a mystery but school and slice of life and it has the perfect balance among them it has its comic reliefs ,its serious and a bit dark moments without the one genre outbalance the others something that's difficult and impressive . The only nagatve in my opinion it's that sometimes it's a bit repetable at some things and that's can be for some people but all in all plot its really intreasting and enjoyable so 8. Art the animation of Hyouka was done by kyoto animation so it's obvious that the animation it's really beutifull and it has cheerful colours something that feets with the anime but the most intreasting part is that they created different animated scences in order to help the viewer to understand how a character solves the mystery something that's really helpfull so art 8. SOUND Hyouka music wasn't that spectacular but the openings were really good and espesially the second saw how Oreki develops as acharacter voice acting was just ok. Overall 7. CHARACTER characters are the best part of hyouka for me but I will analyze them from the least important to the most important . Ibara didn't got the manjor character development but she has indirect role , Satoshi is a cheerfull and outgoing person but at the end of the anime he get's an intreasting character development , Eru is a girl from a rich family, she is kind and cheerfull but her haracteristic its her couriosity she loves the mysteries so much to the point she will not think anything else expect their answer she is playing a really important role for Oreki and lastone is oreki . Oreki starts as a person who hates to spend energy if something it's not important his catchphrace is ''If I have something to do I must do it now I something it's not I will never do it'' he hates doing things who are meaningless and there is where the role of Eru starts at first Oreki thinks Eru is annoying and he solves the mysteries only to satisfy her curiousity in order to leave him alone but as the anime progress oreki starts to watching Eru and the other members of the club as friends he starts to try more for the cases he haves and she doesn't watch Eru as an annoying person but as a friend he also show signs that he has feels for her but the anime doesn't focus on romance but more an Oreki change of view starts to enjoy his life and he is not only foccusing on what makes an act important but why an act is important the best part is that he doesn't change from a introverted person to an outgoing person but he changed his way of thinking a bit and that's more realistic in my opinion. OVERALL Hyouka is a breath of fresh air for the mystery genre [yes its created in 2012 but you will understand what I say] because instead on foccusing on complex cases it focuss an cases that could happened anytime it shows how everyday things can be great because of their simplisity and that's why I think that it's a great anime and one of my favourite anime in general .9/10
