Review of Sword Art Online

Finally decided to give this "anime" thing a shot. Not disappointed at all. My son and I steamrolled through this baby in only TWO days, can you believe that? I can't. It's crazy what these "anime" cartoons can do, and watching this sure beats being around the wife! Ok, so apparently I'm supposed to rate different parts of the show like story and other stuff so here goes nothing. Story: 9 The story really reminded me of an old time classic "The matrix". If you haven't heard of that movie it's about this guy, Neo, he wears a cool black trenchcoat and he goes into this computer simulationand fights bad guys except T"he matrix" has a way better story. I would rate The "matrix" a 10 on story. it's a really good show, you should check it out.

Art: 9
The art is really good and the way they drew Kirito really reminded me of "Neo" from the matrix except with longer hair. Neo is way better though.

Sound: 9
I thought the sounds were good. I liked the sounds coming from the character "Asuna". They made me feel weird inside, but in a good way.

Character: 9
Kirito was amazing and I could relate to him on many levels. My son thought that Kirito was a bad character because he had something called "plot armor" and somehow that was a bad thing. I don't know what my son was talking about, but what I do know is that he is wrong and Kirito is a good and deep character. Don't listen to my son, he dropped out of college and he lives in our livingroom so he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Enjoyment: 9
I enjoyed it a lot, even with my stupid son interrupting the show every few minutes to talk about how the show is "terrible" and about how he's going to vote for "joe Biden".

Overall: 9
This was a good show and I had some fun times. I dunno, I might watch more of these in the future maybe.
