Bummer that this is going unnoticed, since it is a new story by Koume Fujichika, author of "The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses", which was rather popular. Perhaps the change in genre was a bit much, or people are getting bored of super-heroes? I can't even strongly recommend because the story is just beginning and the main character can come across as a bit cringe, after all he is just a brat that fancies himself the greatest villain of all time and the cool loner type when he is neither of those things. But there might be potential as the main character develops alongside thestory. There are certainly elements going around that make the world interesting.
