Dropped it for specific issues not a quality issue. Generally speaking it's a gender role swap story. Those can be interesting even if they're shallowish ecchi stuff like this. The problem here is that means bringing in all the stuff you cringe at from normal isekais into this sex-filled isekai. I couldn't keep going after they brought in the child-looking one that is actually almost 30 but magically frozen in a child's body. It was mildly interesting until then. It didn't look like it was going in the most shallow direct-to-Z direction. The world building was fine though. The MC basically gets a genie whogrants him popularity by switching him with a dimensional counter part. For what it is, it's a touch more grounded than you might expect. Maybe he would end up with a harem of four. Maybe he would branch out into a person who blesses all the "uggos". Either could have been noteworthy. Shame we'll never know.
