The Amazing Village Creator: Slow Living with the Village Building Cheat Skill · review
Genuinely like an 8/10 Interesting premise, a bit too idealistic in plot but it's still really fun and leans more into comedy and building up the village as a whole with some really interesting ideas with how skills and things are used, especially in combat scenes. It's a bit too "comedy series means no one can die" for my liking, removes a bit of the stakes for serious moments, but it's still really good and I'm excited to see how it all develops. Though I will say I like the characters overall, the shotacon maid can be a really fast turnoff for many people, and that's entirelya valid opinion. The characters and plot don't get really rolling until about volume 3 where the place is more properly established.
Though I will say the time skips while not well telegraphed are incredibly useful for keeping the rules of the world kinda light. I like this because it means they can get away with more ideas and plot beats without focusing on pure mechanics like some stories do.
Also Granny Nema is absolutely hilarious in every scene, actual chapter stealing character
