Review of KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!

At the start I felt the humor was a bit there, but it was lacking a certain something as far as comedy. It could quite have possibly been missing a certain man who stands for gender equality, an arch priest that complains a lot, and a masochistic crusader. " It's not konosuba without the gang," is how I felt in the beginning, but as the episodes progressed it felt like it got it's charm back. It had some story moments at times where Yunyun and Megumin talked serious without any jokes. It kinda threw me off a bit. While I find that normal in someanime I found it unexpected in an anime I find as a parody anime, but of course some of those serious moments became a funny moment right after which is expected of the anime lol. I think the comedy really started to pick up midway to the end.

Now I can't wait for Season 3. This was a good side story, but I'm waiting on the main group to be together again.

Overall: It was really great side story. 8/10 Definitely recommend if you seen Konosuba before, and want to know Megumin and yunyun's backstory
