Review of Food Wars! The Fourth Plate

I will not lie to you, as much as I love this series, the story in this is mediocre at best. It is just the bout against the Elite 10, the ending gives it a more satisfactory feeling but other than that this season was very lacklustre in terms of the story. The art in this was phenomenal. The detail they put into the characters, the environment, but most importantly the food. When they are describing the dish in terms of ingredients and how it is cooked you can see it, and there is almost always an underlying feature that is revealed in each and everyone of these dishes that makes you wish you could taste it yourself!

Souma Yukihira - The son of Jouichirou Yukihira, he worked at the Yukihira Diner until it closed.

Erina Nakiri - Coming from a prestigious background, she often looks down upon whomever she deems "common" initially due to her having the "God Tongue" ability, but it is clear how much that has changed in this season.

Megumi Tadakoro - From a small port town, aiming to make her family proud!
