It is surprising for me to know that this anime is fan-made after watching entire episodes. The visual and voice quality are on par with real professional anime. The drawing of the characters in this anime is much more beautiful & attractive (on par with modern demand) compared to the rest of the Touhou game, anime & manga. Now to the story, to enjoy the anime to the fullest you NEED TO play the Touhou games or at least familiar with most of the Touhou characters by reading manga or VN. If you are just newcomers that knows nothing about Touhou I do not recommend thisanime as the early episodes are quite confusing and very crowded with the director putting almost entire 40+ Touhou girls into screen in quick succession.

But if you already familiar with Touhou then I say this is the best Touhou anime so far compared to the rest available Touhou OVAs there.
The story is quite good and the girls are cute & beautiful. Most of the time the anime focuses on funny/silly & cute things, while some part on beautiful and sad things with very minor nudity and fanservice (bath, torn clothes, oppai grab).

Overall TLDR: this anime is AMAZING if you already familiar with Touhou world & characters.
