Review of given

Given is a touching story about love and music, and it's so nice to have a lgtbq+ romance story that's not super tragic with tons of unnecessary drama. Don't have much to say about this, I already kind of knew what I was getting into, plus I like shounen-ai and slice of life animes. The story is very well written, like I said, no unnecessary drama, and while the pacing seemed to be off few times, it really fit the narrative well. The characters felt real, and not your typical personality trope characters. I really enjoyed this anime, and I will definitely read the mangaand watch the future season and movies that will come.
