(Spoiler) Knights of Sidonia, a Mecha anime most would probably not bother watching because of the character cgi, but once you actually tried it. It's one of those hidden gems you hardly find once having watched anime for years. The First and Second season was perfect. especially with how nice the action scene was, but we're talking about the movie. Personally, it felt.. rushed. After reading some chapters of the manga, it seems that a lot of the scene had been cutted, for example, theres one where a tentacle like creature was found lurking around. Which ended up being the Kanata, but this is not shownat all as the timeskip immediately show that Ochiai has finished the Kanata.

Tanikaze, our MC, one of the most respectable mc I've seen, when things go wrong and he gets down, he immediately moved on with the help of the others, which is such a nice thing to see unlike a certain mc from another mecha anime. (cough, cough, Muv luv)

The Ending, Honestly the whole movie felt rushed and could've been made more cleaner if it was a 3rd season instead.
Tanikaze and Tsumugi ended up with a daughter which is a nice ending.
For some reason Midorikawa is a male now? is she someone like Izana? I'm not sure and is confused with how the genders in this anime work.

And that sums up my review(more like my personal thoughts) of the show. Honestly am glad i tried the show out. There's still a lot of things i didnt know but it was a fun watch.
