The only difference is that it gave the female one little bit of story about her being from Russia. It is horrible in every way. The title says that lots of sex endured but there were only 4 sex scenes. This hentai is also a bit stupid in my opinion, the female protagonist is like "This not sex? this ritutal? Спасибо! (Or spasibo/thank you)." And it is a bit rapey too during the whole OVA. He even spies on her in the first part of it. So inmy opinion it is a mediocre hentai
