When announcements came around that Uta no Prince Sama would be receiving a movie, I was ecstatic. I was interested in seeing the plot as well as character interactions. However, after seeing clips and reading up the synopsis, I came to the conclusion that Maji Love Kingdom wouldn't have any plot. The movie was basically an hour-long concert featuring the groups: STARISH, QUARTET NIGHT, AND HEAVENS. Despite there being no plot, I honestly felt that it worked since the Utapri franchise is all about the music. I still had a great time listening to the songs and seeing the groups interact with each other. The colors werealso very pleasing and the animation was very fluid.

If I had to name some downsides, it would be that I wish that the songs were longer. I also would've liked to see more of Haruka as well as the other side characters. I feel like them only being seen in the credits scene wasn't enough.
