Welp I'm not gonna delve to far into the story of this OVA because I'm kind of tipsy at the moment. However, the animation and action of this OVA cannot be beat for the time it was created (except of course by AKIRA). If you have seen the first episode you already know the story as this episode is a continuation of that. The animation is very fluid (it was actually better than what I was expecting) and there were no instances of repeated animation that I could see. If you want an anime movie that you can just sit back and watch while drinking abeer a two, this series is it.
