Review of Castle in the Sky

This is a fantastic movie. The plot is interesting, it's well paced, and the characters are likeable. The plot is well paced and interesting, the action sequences are well shot, while having time for quiet moments like when Sheeta and Pazu are in the cave. The movie is well structured and leads to the next section nicely, like in the first part the crystal and sheeta are introduced, while in the next part we learn more about the crystal and Laputa. The characters are interesting and likeable, especially Sheeta. Pazu is a likeable who is hard working and compassionate, like when he helps Sheeta. Sheeta is alsocompassionate, but what makes her special is the movie shows her vulnerable side which makes her more relatable, most notably when she makes a mistake involving the amulet, how she feels after this makes her more relatable. The main antagonist Muska, a government agent isn't very interesting and isn't explored much.

The plot itself is very simple, it's just about finding Laputa, as an adventure it explores many areas which kept the plot interesting.

This is a very good movie.
