Review of School Days

It's almost been 10 years since this anime aired, and only now I feel the urge to comment on exactly what makes this anime arguably, and most likely one of the worst anime ever made in our entire existence on this planet. No amount of sugarcoating can save this anime from the disaster that it is. Let me preface by saying that this review is only a review of the anime, not the video game, that should go without saying but regardless i want to make it as clear as possible that my opinions are tied directly and only to the anime. So you mayhave bumped into this anime by now, and if not then let me tell you why exactly you shouldn't watch it...EVER! The anime presents a generic scenario which if you've watched at least a couple of anime you're mostly familiar with the school life scenario and everything in it. The anime drags. A lot. And it wouldn't be so much of a problem if say, the characters would be enjoyable or at least entertaining. The point of having a protagonist is to have a way to immerse ourselves in the story, or at least partially. Having something in common with the character usually helps us in caring about the character or characters. Every single character in this anime is detestable. You will feel absolutely nothing about what happens in this anime. You won't care about the ending. You won't feel anything but anger at the end for having wasted your time. There is absolutely nothing deep or psychologically deep about this anime. I find it hard to believe how some people actually like this.

I warn you again potential viewer, stay away from this anime, at all costs.
